Bharatsinh Solanki’s sister issues public notice over Madhavsinh’s property

Gandhinagar: The property disputes about inheritance of a bungalow of former Gujarat CM late Madhavsinh Solanki have come to light. Former Gujarat Congress president Bharatsinh Madhavsinh Solanki’s sister issued a public notice regarding her inheritance rights in selling a bungalow of her father in Gandhinagar. A public notice was published in Gujarati newspapers through Alka Patel’s advocate.
Former CM late Madhavsinh Solanki’s daughter Alka Patel claimed through the public notice that she will take legal actions if someone sells the bungalow without informing her. She claimed inheritance rights on her father’s bungalow in Sector 19 of Gandhinagar.
She claimed through the notice that other occupants have made an attempt to sell the bungalow without informing her which is illegal. Other occupants of the bungalow are Bharatsinh Solanki, Ashok Solanki, Atul Solanki and Vasudha Solanki. DeshGujarat
