Gandhinagar: Gujarat Public Service Commission (GPSC) has declared the result of the exam for the recruitment of 264 posts of deputy section officer- class 3.

The 264 posts include 257 posts for secretariat and 7 posts for GPSC. The advertisement for the recruitment was declared on 10th November 2020. Total 303384 candidates had applied for it from the state. The preliminary exam was arranged at 1224 centers across 32 districts of the state on 1st August 2021. Total 156621 candidates appeared for the preliminary exam.

The result was declared on 23rd September 2021 in which 4942 candidates were declared qualified for the mains- written exam. The mains exam took place at Gandhinagar on 17th October 2021 and 24th October 2021 in which 4305 candidates appeared.
