Gujarat CM visits Nano Urea plant of IFFCO in Kalol

Gandhinagar: Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel visited Kalol based IFFCO Nano urea plant which was recently inaugurated by PM Modi.
The plant set up in Kalol has a production capacity of 1.5 lakh bottles at present. The Prime Minister intends to set up eight more such plants across the country in attempt to reduce the dependency on foreign import of urea. The plant in Kalol has been set up at a cost of Rs 175 crore. It produces 1.50 lakh bottles containing 500 ml of Nano Urea in each. CM Patel observed the processes of the plant and the control room.
