Person held in Vadodara for making provocative speech video viral

Vadodara: Panigate police have arrested a middle-aged man for making viral a video of a provocative speech that has the potential to hurt religious sentiments.
Rafiq alias Richard Ismail Shaikh (50), a resident of Taiwada area of Vadodara, had made the video go viral in a social media group.
Richard is a labourer and allegedly prepared the video with anti-Hindu content that has the potential to sow enmity between two faiths.
The police tracked down Rafiq after the video of his inflammatory speech came to their notice. DeshGujarat.
