Why does Congress fear and give political color over ED notice, asks CR Patil
June 12, 2022
Surat: The Congress party should reply to the nation that why it is in such a great fear due to the notice of ED, stated CR Patil, Gujarat BJP chief in a press conference here.
Patil said – Attempt to snatch crores of Rupess of property has failed. If Sonia and Rahaul Gandhi haven’t done anything wrong, then they should go and give their statement, but they try to mislead the country and also try to give it a political color.
Patil pointed out that other accused in this case such as Pavan Bansal and Mallikarjun Kharge, both Congress leaders have given their statement before ED. Same way Sonia and Rahul Gandhi who are out on bail in this criminal case should also give their statement before ED. They should take ED notice as an opportunity to make their point. Instead they are trying to make it a political issue.
Patil said, this is Congress party’s formula that first they would do corruption and whey they face consequences they would make a political issue out of it. Patil alleged that Congress leaders have looted country’s treasure. He said that FIR was registered in this case because the accused leaders has transferred the shares without asking the Shareholders and attempted to own Rs. 50 lakh worth property.
Patil said the Congress leaders first commit a mistake and they try to put the country under pressure. He recalled Indira Gandhi who had imposed an emergency after a verdict against her. DeshGujarat
