Amreli: A lioness on Sunday morning attacked three local persons at Babarkot near Jafrabad. The same lioness attacked three more persons in the afternoon.

According to local BJP leader Hirabhai Solanki, he contacted Forest minister Kiritsinh Rana and DFO Amreli regarding the incident and demanded that the lioness must be caged.

Solanki also made appeal locals not to venture out in specific area where the attacks have taken place.

The MLA has stated that those injured were taken to Jafrabad based hospital where his team offered required assistance.
