PM Modi will kick off and dedicate Rs. 3100 crore development works in Surat on September 29

Surat: PM Narendra Modi will lay foundation stones and dedicate works worth over Rs. 3100 crores on 29th September from Limbayat in Surat during his visit to Gujarat.

PM Modi will address a public assembly in Limbayat, Surat on 29th September. The program will be held at Nilgiri ground at 9 am in Limbayat. A meeting was held between Surat Mayor Hemali Boghawala, Municipal Commissioner Banchhanidhi Pani, and Collector Aayush Oak at the circuit house to plan the programme. A total of 16 committees were formed and the nodal officers were appointed for various arrangements regarding dome, parking, cooperation, protocol, stage management, welcome, hygiene, transportation, control room and so on.

PM Modi will distribute the benefits of various public welfare schemes of the central and state government in the program. PM Modi will dedicate and lay foundation stones of works of ₹ 3100 crores in Surat of Surat Municipal Corporation, central government and Surat Jilla panchayat.

The works to be kicked off/inaugurated may include a water treatment plant, iconic airport road, Muktidham Hindu smashan kendra, Tapi Shuddhikaran project, Dream City’s entry gate among others.
