Amit Shah shares a video showcasing PM Modi’s efforts to bring tap water to everyone of Gujarat

Gandhinagar: Union Home Minister Amit Shah shared a video clip today depicting the journey of Gujarat from a Drought struck state to now such state where 100% of the households have access to tap water today.
Amit Shah wrote in the tweet, “21 years ago every house in Gujarat was craving for drop by drop of water, today it is getting tap water. Every Gujarati and especially the young generation of Gujarat must watch this video showing the foresight and hard work of Modi ji to remove the water crisis from Gujarat.”

The video showcase how PM Modi and his plans such as completion of Sardar Sarovar Dam, Construction of Narmada Canal, Sauni Yojna and Sujalam Sufalam Yojana helped Gujarat get access to water.
It also shows that how BISAG was established to identify land terrain and Water resources and then with sheer hardwork a network of canal was built in Gujarat by Modi government and how Sujalam Sufalam Project was completed. Today, there are 1,00,000 check dams in Gujarat and Canal network of 1,126 kms irrigates every nook and corner of the state.
