The complainant works in housekeeping on a contractual basis at  ESIC Modern General Hospital. The accused Ashokbhai Sadabhai Parmar is his supervisor. According to ACB, accused Ashok Parmar demanded a bribe of Rs 15 thousand from a contract staffer to let him work in housekeeping and not to transfer him to another department.

The complainant contacted ACB as he was not willing to pay the bribe.  The accused was found taking a bribe of Rs 15,000 from the complainant during a trap executed by ACB. The accused is detained. DeshGujarat
