Unseasonal rains predicted in parts of Gujarat on May 28-29

Gandhinagar: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted unseasonal rains in parts of Gujarat on May 28th and 29th. Additionally, IMD has issued a warning stating that “strong surface winds, 30-40 km/h, are very likely to prevail over the region from 25th to 27th May.
According to the IMD bulletin, “Light rain very likely at isolated places in the districts of Gujarat region namely, Sabarkantha, Banaskantha, Mehsana, Patan, Vadodara, Bharuch and Anand; in the districts of Saurashtra namely Amreli, Rajkot and Bhavnagar”, on May 28th.
On May 29th, “Light rain very likely at isolated places in the districts of Gujarat region namely, Sabarkantha, Banaskantha, Aravalli, Mahisagar Vadodara, Bharuch and Anand; in the districts of Saurashtra namely Surendranagar, Botad and Bhavnagar”
