Gujarat CM meets PM Narendrabhai Modi in Delhi

New Delhi: Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel met Prime Minister Narendrabhai Modi in the national capital on Friday. The Chief Minister was in Delhi for the curtain-raiser event for the 10th Vibrant Gujarat summit, scheduled to be held in January 2024.

Chief Minister Patel frequently pays visits to the Prime Minister and holds one-on-one conversations with him. However, this meeting was on the sidelines of the Vibrant Gujarat event. Yesterday, in Delhi, the Chief Minister attended the curtain-raiser event, and later in the evening, he was present at the function related to the Vibrant Gujarat Summit 2024, where diplomats and heads of missions from 119 countries were in attendance.

Gujarat is the home state of Prime Minister Narendrabhai Modi, and it is believed that Patel might have discussed the upcoming Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit, which was launched by then CM Modi 20 years ago in 2003.

In his tweet, the Chief Minister said, “The meeting with Prime Minister Shri Narendrabhai Modi in New Delhi yesterday was very encouraging.” Received Prime Minister’s guidance regarding overall developmental matters in Gujarat, the tweet added. The Chief Minister was not accompanied by party leaders or government officials during the meeting. DeshGujarat
