Malaysia Airlines launches Ahmedabad – Kuala Lumpur direct flights; 4 Days a Week

Ahmedabad: Malaysia Airlines commenced operations of its direct flight service between Ahmedabad and Kuala Lumpur on December 1. The airline is now operating four flights per week, connecting Gujarat’s largest city, Amdavad, and Malaysia’s capital, Kuala Lumpur.
The flights provide direct connectivity from Ahmedabad to the tourist destination of Malaysia four times a week.
On Tuesdays and Fridays, Flight No. MH 107 takes off from Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport at 10:40 pm to land in Kuala Lumpur at 6:45 am (Malaysia time) the next day. Similarly, Flight No. MH 209 takes off from SVPI Airport on Thursdays and Sundays at 2:55 am to reach Kuala Lumpur at 11:00 am (Malaysia time).
For people returning or visiting Ahmedabad, the flight will take off from Kuala Lumpur International Airport at 11:00 p.m. (Malaysia time) on Wednesdays and Saturdays to land at SVPI Airport at 1:55 a.m. Meanwhile, the flight on Tuesdays and Fridays will take off from Kuala Lumpur International Airport at 6:50 p.m. (Malaysia time) to reach Ahmedabad at 9:40 p.m.
With the new flight, Ahmedabad joins the nine cities, namely New Delhi, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi, Amritsar, and Trivandrum, from where Malaysia Airlines runs direct flights.
The time difference between India and Malaysia is 2 hours and 30 minutes. It is worth mentioning that Malaysia is among the countries offering visa-free entry to Indians. This provision for Indian travellers will be in effect until December 31, 2024, and remains valid for a duration of 30 days from the entry date. DeshGujarat
