Surat: Surat Municipal Corporation(SMC) has approved 10 construction projects that have proposed height of above 45 meter. The tallest building of the city approved is in Surat which has proposed height of over 100 meters. Mota Varachha based this 29 storey building will be the tallest city of Surat. A meeting of SMC’s structure safety committee was held in which 10 projects were given approval. Private residential project has been given approval under tall building category. Two other development permissions are also given in principle approval. SMC will get Rs. 90.37 crore revenue on account of Floor Space Index(FSI). DeshGujarat
