Jetpur: The stray cattle menace in the state has claimed yet another innocent life, as a 9-year-old boy succumbed to his injuries from a stray animal attack in Jetpur after being in hospital for 6 days.

The incident occurred six days ago when the 9-year-old boy was attacked by stray cattle while playing outside his house with his friend. The boy suffered grievous injuries on his body as well as head. He was taken to the hospital and was later referred to the government hospital in Junagadh. Later, he was again referred to the civil hospital in Rajkot where he lost the battle to his injuries early this morning. DeshGujarat
