PM Narendrabhai Modi to perform ground breaking of PM MITRA park at Vansi Bordi

Surat: Prime Minister Narendrabhai Modi will on 22nd February perform a groundbreaking for the proposed PM Mega Integrated Textile Regionals & Apparel Park (PM Mitra Mega Textile Park) at Vansibordi in Jalalpor taluka of Navsari district. The function is scheduled for 3 to 4 pm.
The Prime Minister will address around one lakh small-major traders on this occasion. The upcoming park is over 1,000 acres of land. To reach the project site, the State government has allocated a Rs. 600 crore bridge connecting Navsari and Surat at Ubhrat. With the construction of this bridge, Navsari and Surat will be one step ahead in the direction of becoming a twin city.
Along with PM Mitra Park, the Prime Minister from the same function will also dedicate and perform groundbreaking for Rs. 3,771 crore worth of projects of Surat Municipal Corporation(SMC). Among the projects for which groundbreaking will be performed are the barrage and wall project, Dumas sea phase-2, modern waste disposal site at Umber, 10 MW solar plant, Rs. 15 crore shelter home, Rs. 16 crore sea channel bridges, storm line, Nana Varachha sea channel bridge, Dream city etc. DeshGujarat
