Gujarat govt transfers Rajkot Police Commissioner, ACP and DCP

Rajkot: The Government of Gujarat has ordered transfers of the city police commissioner and municipal commissioner in the wake of the TRP game zone fire tragedy in which over 27 innocent persons died.
The govenrment has transfered city police commissioner Raju Bhargav and Rajkot Municipal Corporation (RMC) Commissioner Anand Patel.
IPS Brajesh Kumar Jha would replace Bhargav as Police Commissioner of the city.
The State government has also transferred Vidhi Choudhary(IPS) who is Additional Commissioner of Police(Administration, Traffic and Crime) in Rajkot. She is replaced with Mahendra Bagaria(IPS).
Dr. Sudhirkumar Desai(IPS), Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone-2, Rajkot is also transferred. Jagdish Bangarwa would replace him.
The officers transferred are kept on waiting for their next posting.
