Gujarat Panchayat Service Slection Board; Retirement of one member approved, extention to other

Gandhinagar: Gujarat government has approved retirement of Nitaben I Sevak from the post of the member of the Gujarat Panchayat Seva Pasandagi Board (Gujarat Panchayat Services Selection Board or GPSSB). Sevak will retire on 9 July this year as she completes 62 years on this date. She was appointed on this post on 22 September 2021.
The government has extended the term of Rajika Kacheriya as member of Gujarat Panchayat Seva Pasandagi Board for another six months. Kacheriya was appointed as member in October 2016. Her term was extended in September 2022 for a year and again extended in December 2023 for six months. Now as her term ends on 22 June, it has been extended for another six months.
