IMD forecasts heavy rain in parts of Gujarat till July 3rd

Gandhinagar: With the active monsoon over the state, the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) in its latest update has forecasted heavy rains in parts of Gujarat over the next five days, from June 29th to July 3rd. Meanwhile, light to moderate rain may occur across all parts of Gujarat.
According to the latest IMD bulletin, Kutch, Banaskantha, Morbi, Surendranagar, Jamnagar, Rajkot, Botad, Dwarka, Junagadh, Somnath, Amreli, Bhavnagar, Anand, Bharuch, Surat, Navsari, Valsad, Daman-Diu, and Dadra Nagar Haveli are likely to experience heavy rains today.
Tomorrow, June 30th, heavy rains are predicted for the districts of Porbandar, Junagadh, Somnath, Amreli, Bhavnagar, Bharuch, Surat, Navsari, Valsad, Daman, and Dadra Nagar Haveli.
On July 1st, Junagadh, Somnath, Navsari, Valsad, Daman, Dadra Nagar Haveli, Panchmahal, Dahod, and Chhota Udepur may experience heavy rain.
On July 2nd, only Navsari, Valsad, Daman, and Dadra Nagar Haveli are expected to receive heavy rain, while the rest of Gujarat may witness light rain.
On July 3rd, Banaskantha in North Gujarat, along with Navsari, Valsad, Daman, and Dadra Nagar Haveli, are expected to receive heavy rain, while the rest of Gujarat may experience light rain.”
