Shivani Raja, originally from Diu, Gujarat, has secured victory in the British general election, competing as a Conservative candidate from Leicester East. She contested against Rajesh Aggarwal, a former deputy mayor of London and native of Indore.
Shivani Raja was a first-time MP contender from Leicester East. She is of Gujarati origin and hails from Diu. She actively engaged British Indian voters during her campaigns. She also urged British voters currently in India, particularly from Diu and Gujarat, to participate in online voting.
Shivani Raja had previously shared a Garba video, showcasing her cultural connection during her election campaign.
