Rajkot: RTO Rajkot has detained a rickshaw and suspended the driving license of rickshaw driver for a year after a viral video in which a dozen school students could be seen being carried in rickshaw very dangorously.  A rickshaw with RTO registration number GJ03CT5152 was being driven by Devabhai Bharwad.
