Ahemdabad: The Gaikwad Haveli Police has nabbed one Akil Zakirbhai Malek, for allegedly abducting a Hindu minor girl, taking her out of Ahmedabad and then forcibly having sexual relations with her.

The 20-year-old Akil Zakirbhai Malek, a horse cart driver, befriended the 15-year-old Hindu minor girl around four months ago. Later, he kidnapped her in an auto-rickshaw, took her out of the city, and forced himself on her. However, the girl managed to escape and informed her family, who then filed a complaint against Malek on August 3rd, leading to his arrest.
