Bharuch: The Gujarat Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) and the Special Operation Group of Bharuch police carried out searches at a factory in the Dahej industrial area on late Monday night.

It is learned that this joint operation was carried out at Alliance Pharma Company, during which law enforcement seized raw material worth Rs. 30 crore that was allegedly intended for the production of mephedrone drugs. The ATS has sent the sample of the seized material to the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) and will carry out further action on the company after the FSL report.
