VHP protests against performers of other religions in Garden City Garba in Ankleshwar

Bharuch: A controversy erupted at Garden City in Ankleshwar regarding the upcoming Garba Mahotsav. The Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) staged a protest and chanted slogans of ‘Jai Shree Ram,’ demanding that artists of other religions should not be invited to perform during the Garba celebrations. The VHP also demanded that the society should not appoint security guards belonging to other religions. Following the protest by the VHP, the Garba organizers have assured that they will not invite the Muslim singer to perform during the Navratri Garba Mahotsav. DeshGujarat
