Gujarat BJP registers over 1.12 crore primary members

Gandhinagar: The ruling Bharatiya Janata Party’s Gujarat office announced in a press statement today that the party has registered over 1.12 crore primary members in its membership drive, which started on September 1.

In the previous membership campaign, the party enrolled 1.13 crore primary members, which lasted for six months. In contrast, this year around 1,12,50,000 primary members were enrolled in just one month.

According to State BJP media convener Dr. Yagnesh Dave, the party is now registering active members. Party workers who have enrolled 100 primary members through their link will be able to fill out the form as active members.

The third and final phase of this campaign will be the Sangathan Parva, which will be completed in December this year, and the campaign will continue until the state party president is elected. In the third phase, booth presidents, mandal presidents, district presidents, state presidents, and committees will be formed to conclude the Sangathan Parva. DeshGujarat
