Shaktisinh Gohil re-elected to Public Accounts Committee (PAC) of Parliament

New Delhi: Congress Member of Parliament from the Rajya Sabha and Gujarat Pradesh Congress President Shaktisinh Gohil has been re-elected to the newly formed Public Accounts Committee (PAC) of Parliament, which will come into effect from May 1, 2025.
According to an official press release, Gohil has consistently represented the PAC for the past five years, which is considered one of the most important constitutional committees in Parliament. Additionally, Gohil has also served as the convener of the PAC subcommittee (Civil).
Among the seven MPs elected to the PAC are Ashokrao Shankarrao Chavan, Shaktisinh Gohil, Dr. K. Laxman, Praful Patel, Sukhendu Sekhar Ray, Tiruchi Siva, and Dr. Sudhanshu Trivedi. The term of this PAC will be one year, lasting until April 30, 2026. DeshGujarat
