Amit Shah on Gujarat Visit to Launch Key Projects; Meet Sanand Industrialists

New Delhi: Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah, who is on a visit to his home state of Gujarat, will be participating in a series of events centered around development, education, and strengthening the cooperative sector today. On the second day of his tour, Shah is set to launch several major initiatives across Godhra, Sanand, and Ahmedabad.
In the morning, Shah will inaugurate and lay the foundation stones for multiple projects at Shri Govind Guru University in Vinzol, Godhra. Later, at around 1:45 p.m., he is scheduled to inaugurate a newly built cooperative complex developed by Adroda Mandali Co-operative Limited in Adroda, Ahmedabad. The project, part of the Model Cooperative Village scheme, aims to strengthen rural economic systems through the cooperative model.
Shah’s engagements will continue with the opening of a new primary school in Juwal, Sanand at 2:30 p.m., followed by the inauguration of the Fangdi Panchayat Bhawan at 3:00 p.m. in Fangdi, Ahmedabad.
After that, at around 3:30 p.m., the minister will take part in a tree plantation drive at the newly developed Oxygen Park in the Sanand GIDC Colony. Soon after, he is scheduled to meet with industrialists in Sanand to discuss the transformation of the industrial zone into an eco-friendly and smart manufacturing hub.
Shah arrived in Ahmedabad on Thursday evening and performed the Mangala Aarti at the Jagannath Mandir on Friday morning ahead of the Rath Yatra that took place yesterday. Later, he also visited the INFLIBNET Centre in Gandhinagar, where he reviewed its digital infrastructure and provided guidance for expanding its reach and efficiency. DeshGujarat
