Rajkot: Controversial YouTuber Bunny Gajera, known for uploading videos containing lewd comments about public figures in Gondal and their family members, has been detained by the Rural LCB under the Prevention of Anti-Social Activities Act (PASA) and sent to Vadodara Intermediate Jail.

Gajera had posted offensive videos targeting former Gondal MLA Jayarajsinh Jadeja, his son Ganesh, and district BJP president Alpesh Dholaria. He also shared videos accusing Gondal Taluka BJP president Ashwi Thummar and vice president Vishal Khunt of being involved in an immoral relationship with a friend’s wife. Additionally, he allegedly demanded a ransom of ₹11 lakh from Jetpur-based saree manufacturer Atul Mavani to prevent one of the videos from going viral.

Multiple complaints were registered against him across various police stations, including Gondal Taluka, Gondal City, Sultanpur, and Jetpur, with another complaint filed at Upleta Police Station under the Atrocity Act.

Following these developments, the police submitted a PASA proposal to the District Collector, who approved it. Acting on the order, a team led by LCB PI Odedara and PSI Gohil arrested Bunny Gajera, who is described by officials as a repeat offender. DeshGujarat
