New portal for property transfer under Disturbed Areas Act to be operational from Sept 1
August 29, 2025
Surat: The new i-ATMS (Integrated Application Tracking Management System) portal for property transfer under the Disturbed Areas Act remains non-functional as it is yet to be linked with banks. Authorities have announced that the new portal will become operational after September 1. Until then, applicants must continue using the existing portal to submit their Disturbed Areas Act applications. The old portal will remain active until the new system is fully functional.
The new i-ATMS portal has been designed for mobile access and allows applicants to upload all required documents online. Although the portal has been officially announced, certain technical updates and functionalities are still pending, preventing the start of application submissions. Some applicants have already tried to submit applications on the new portal, but the absence of bank integration means the system cannot process them. Officials have advised applicants to continue using the current portal for the time being. DeshGujarat
