Where did it rain in Gujarat today? Here are the figures

Gandhinagar: Several parts of Saurashtra and South Gujarat received moderate to heavy rainfall between 6 am and 8 pm on Monday, according to the State Emergency Operation Centre (SEOC).
Junagadh district’s Mangrol taluka recorded the highest rainfall of the day with 102 mm (4.02 inches). It was followed by Una in Gir Somnath and Keshod in Junagadh with 51 mm (2.01 inches) each, while Talala (48 mm), Maliya Hatina (47 mm), and Patan-Veraval (38 mm) also received significant showers.
Sutrapada in Gir Somnath logged 33 mm, while Khedbrahma in Sabarkantha saw a late spell with 28 mm of rain. Kodinar in Gir Somnath (27 mm) and Pardi in Valsad (24 mm) were among other areas that received notable rainfall.
Meanwhile, several talukas including Gondal (13 mm), Junagadh (13 mm), Navsari (18 mm), and Palsana (16 mm) reported light to moderate rain. In total, 140 talukas received rainfall today, but only 29 recorded over 10 mm.
According to the data, rain activity was concentrated mainly in Junagadh, Gir Somnath, and parts of Valsad, Navsari, Surat, and Amreli districts, while interior regions witnessed negligible precipitation. DeshGujarat
