October 26, 2025
Vadodara: Train speed on the Dabhoi–Bodeli section under the Vadodara division has been increased from 75 kmph to 110 kmph, marking a significant improvement in the region’s rail infrastructure and operational efficiency.
According to railway officials, the upgraded speed limit will enable faster and more punctual train services, enhancing the overall travel experience for passengers.
Meanwhile, the Vadodara Railway Division has appealed to local residents not to cross railway tracks at unauthorized points. People have been urged to use designated crossings and overbridges only.
Officials cautioned that with trains now running at higher speeds, walking or standing near railway tracks poses serious danger. The public has been advised to remain vigilant and follow safety rules to prevent accidents.
