Day-time irrigation power supply to all farmers in Gujarat by March 2026: Chief Minister

Gandhinagar: The Gujarat Chief Minister today while speaking in a public function here said that nearly all farmers in Gujarat are now receiving daytime electricity supply, a development attributed to the agricultural welfare policies introduced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi when he was Chief Minister of Gujarat.
The Chief Minister said that around 98 percent of farmers in Gujarat currently have access to power during the daytime.
He further stated that only a few remaining locations are yet to be covered, and the mission is expected to be completed before March 2026. DeshGujarat
