Udhna – Brahmapur Amrit Bharat Express to run daily

Surat: In a major step towards enhancing passenger convenience and strengthening long-distance connectivity between Odisha and Gujarat, the Ministry of Railways has approved increasing the frequency of Train No. 19021/19022 Udhna–Brahmapur–Udhna Amrit Bharat Express from tri-weekly to daily service.

This decision comes just a week after the earlier change on 19 November, when the train’s weekly service was upgraded to tri-weekly. However, due to overwhelming passenger demand—given that the train offers modern, fast and comfortable travel at affordable fares—the frequency has now been further increased to daily operations.

This train is the first Amrit Bharat Express for Gujarat and was flagged off by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on September 27 this year.

The Udhna–Brahmapur Amrit Bharat Express provides crucial connectivity across multiple states, running from Udhna (Surat) to Brahmapur (Odisha) with stoppages at key stations, including:
