RPO Ahmedabad holds Passport Seva Mobile Van camp in Sanand

Ahmedabad: As part of the Ministry of External Affairs’ initiative to provide earlier passport appointments and strengthen last-mile delivery of passport services, the Regional Passport Office (RPO), Ahmedabad, has deployed a Passport Seva Mobile Van in Sanand.

The mobile van is currently stationed at the Office of the Deputy Collector and Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Mahesul Bhavan, behind the police station on the Sanand–Viramgam Highway, Sanand, Ahmedabad, and will remain operational from February 9 to February 11, 2026.

Applicants can book fresh appointments or reschedule existing ones to submit their passport applications at the mobile van location.

How to book appointments for Passport Seva Mobile Van:

i. Visit the Passport India website (https://www.passportindia.gov.in/) and submit an application under the Normal category. Pay the application fee online.

ii. Thereafter, log in again to the same website to verify the payment status. Once verified, go to the Schedule Appointment page, select the location “Mobile Van Sanand,” and book the appointment.

4. Applicants are advised to bring all necessary original documents along with one set of self-attested copies when visiting to submit passport applications.
