Gujarat BJP Announces State Election Committee – Parliamentary Board

Gandhinagar: The ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Gujarat today declared the list of members of its State Election Committee (Parliamentary Board).
Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel has been included in the committee from Karnavati, while state BJP president Jagdish Vishwakarma will also represent Karnavati.
Minister of State for Home Harsh Sanghavi has been included from Surat city, while state general secretary (organisation) Ratnakar has been named from Gandhinagar city.
Former Deputy Chief Minister Nitin Patel has been included from Mehsana, and former minister Bhupendrasinh Chudasama from Ahmedabad district. State minister Dr. Pradyuman Vaja has been named from Gir Somnath, while former Union minister Darshana Jardosh has been included from Surat city. Former state minister Babubhai Bokhiria will represent Porbandar.
MP and state vice-president Rajesh Chudasama has been included from Junagadh district, while state vice-president Natuji Thakor has been named from Mehsana. MLA Ganpatsinh Vasava, who is state president of the ST Morcha, has been included from Surat district, and Anjuben Vekaria, state president of the Mahila Morcha, has been included from Surat city.

Union Minister and former state BJP president C. R. Patil, MP and former state president Parshottam Rupala, former state president and former minister R. C. Faldu, and state minister and former state president Jitu Vaghani have been named as special invitee members.
