Surat: A fatal road accident on the BRTS route in the Pandesara area of Surat has come to light after dashcam footage of the incident surfaced and went viral.

According to initial reports, a moped rider was travelling inside the BRTS corridor, which is not meant for public use, and was also on the wrong side when he collided head-on with a bus. The impact of the collision was severe, resulting in the rider’s death on the spot.

The incident, captured on a nearby dashcam, shows the moped abruptly entering the bus lane from the wrong direction before crashing into the oncoming BRTS bus.
