The CCTV footage of the incident indicates multiple traffic violations. The two-wheeler is seen entering the intersection from the wrong side, while neither of the riders was wearing a helmet. Additionally, a stationary rickshaw was occupying a significant portion of the road, potentially contributing to reduced maneuvering space.
