Bollywood actor Aamir Khan was today in IIM Ahmedabad campus as a visiting faculty. Extra-cautious about his security, Aamir had brought seven well-built bouncers/bodyguards with him. Some of them were with guns. Entry was strictly restricted in IIM Ahmedabad’s new campus where his lecture was arranged. Private security guards were preventing movements even at the underground passage that joints new campus and old campus.

Aamir Khan started delivering his two-hour lecture at 5:45 pm at IIM Ahmedabad’s new campus class room no. CR8 where around 80 students were present. Some students were waiting to catch his glimpse outside the classroom too.

After a lot of struggle, only photographers and electronic media’s camera persons were allowed in the class room for five minutes before the class. Seeing a flock of lens men, Amir with his style of smile candidly asked “whom should I address, students or media?”

Aamir in his class shared different angles of film business particularly in context of India. His speech was interactive and focused on business angle of bollywood film industry.

Aamir Khan discussed the kind of challenges he faced during the start of his career, and the kind of scripts and directors he aspired to work with, a student at IIM-A who attended the class of Aamir Khan said.

He shared his experiences of last 20 years of his career in the film industry with the students, the students added.

Khan also presented analysis of his successful films and why they became so successful and he also discussed his flops with reasons why they did not click.
