Relocate lions in South Gujarat:district BJP leader asks Forest minister

Mandvi(South Gujarat) local body’s former President and Surat district BJP Secretary Jagdish Parekh has sent a letter to state Forest minister Ganpatbhai Vasava suggesting that a group of Gir lions can be relocated to eco-tourism place developed by forest department at Mandvi taluka’s Jetpur Kevdi. He in his letter said that there’s a large jungle here and lions can survive here with proper prey and water facility.
