Narendra Modi to launch Hindu Business Line’s Gujarat edition

Gujarat Chief Minister Shri Modi will launch Ahmedabad Edition of Business Line newspaper on 24th May 2013 at 10:30 AM in Ahmedabad. Business Line, a business newspaper is published by the same publishers who publish The Hindu.
Mr. Kris Gopalakrishnan, the executive co-chairman of Infosys will be present at the occasion. There will also be a presentation on the journey of Business Line newspaper during the programme. The launch event will be telecast jointly by The Hindu’s business TV channel partner and supported by some outdoor promos.
The Ahmedabad edition of Business Line will be the 17th edition of the paper and will also cater to cities of Gujarat such as Surat, Baroda, Rajkot and Jamnagar, among others. Business line is already present in markets such as Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad, among others. The Gujarat market was untill now served from Mumbai.
The cover price of Business Line’s Ahmedabad edition will be – Rs 4 on weekdays and Rs 5 on Sundays. The initial print run is expected to be around 8,500 copies.
