SC grants bail to BMW hit and run case accused Vismay Shah

BMW hit and run case accused Vismay Shah has been granted bail by Supreme Court on Rs. 10 lakh bond. The court has given direction to complete the trial in this case in next six month.
On February 24, 2013, Shah rammed his BMW into a motorcycle near Lad Society. Two youths riding the bike – Shivam Dave, 25, and Rahul Patel, 21, died. He was reportedly driving at a speed of 110 km per hour. Shah managed to escape but surrendered before the police after a few days due to pressure mounted from all sides. All courts have denied bail to Shah till date.
