Vadodara: The Gujarat government is setting up a centrally located 250 MW solar power plant to supply electricity to eight municipal corporations, including Vadodara. Under this project, the Vadodara Municipal Corporation (VMC) will receive 45 MW of solar power. Mehsana: A Logo of Mehsana Municipal Corporation (MMC) was unveiled today. The new logo is selected after a competition in which 248 participants participated. The logo created by Rohit J Patel and Virenkumar S Sathwara was selected. Both winning participants were presented Rs. 21,000 cheque each. The new logo has city's founder Mesaji Chavda in the centre.
