Ahmedabad: The University Grants Commission (UGC) has directed Karnavati University in Gandhinagar to urgently address a complaint over the non-refund of fees to a student. The complaint was filed by Ayush Sorathiya, who had taken admission to the BSc (Hons) Computer Science programme at the university.
