Ahmedabad, 3 October 2012 An inquiry commission under a retired Supreme Court judge Mr M B Shah today submitted its first report and gave clean chit to the Narendra Modi government in nine cases of land allotments. New Delhi, 25 January 2012 On activist, Bollywood writer and Rajya Sabha MP Javed Akhtar's plea, the Supreme Court bench headed by Justice Aftab Alam today asked committee headed by ex-apex court judge to look into encounter killings from 2002 and 2006 in Gujarat.
