New Delhi: Number of Gram Panchayats connected under BharatNet has increased from 58 in May 2014 to 2.10 lakh as of December 2023. New Delhi: There has been a substantial increase in fund allocation and commensurate commissioning of Railway projects in Gujarat over the last 10 years. Indian Railway’s annual budget outlay for projects falling fully/partly in Gujarat has risen more than 14 times to Rs 8,332 crore in 2023-24 from Rs 589 crore per year in 2009-14 period.
