Ahmedabad: A tragic accident occurred in the Vadaj area of the city on Monday evening when the driver of an SUV lost control, resulting in one death and four injuries. Sabarmati: Standing Committee of the Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC) today cleared the proposal for the construction of two flyovers and one underpass in the city. The committee approved Rs. 235 crore Naroda flyover which shall be the longest flyover in the city. The four-lane overbridge will be 2.5km long and will be built at the cost of Rs 165 crore. Vadaj: Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC) on Monday announced plans for a four-lane flyover and a two-lane underpass at Vadaj junction in Ahmedabad for a total cost of Rs 106.52 crore. The project includes a 735m flyover from Vadaj junction to Ranip and a 417m underpass between Dhadhichi bridge and Akhbarnagar.
