Ticket to Digvijay Singh’s son-in-law on Panchmahal seat put on hold

Congress party yesterday announced 8 candidates for Lok Sabha general elections. Congress General Secretary Digvijay Singh’s son-in-law Paranjayaditya Sinh Parmar was one of the candidates in this list. However, in an unusual move, late in the night Congress put on hold the ticket of Paranjayaditya Sinh Parmar. party general secretary Madhusudan Mistry told PTI that the ticket had been put on hold. There was no immediate reason given, but party sources said it could be trouble at the local level.
