Nitish had called Modi and sought monitory aid for Bihar flood relief
Ahmedabad, DeshGujarat, 19 June, 2010
In year 2008, when Kosi flood tragedy occurred, it was Nitish Kumar himself who had sought monitory help from Gujarat.
Nitish Kumar had called Narendra Modi over a phone in August 2008 and reportedly asked him, “Modiji we have received your fax, but how money can arrive through fax?”
To this, Modi had reportedly replied, “Nitishji, you are talking with Narendra Modi. As soon as you end your phone call, Gujarat’s Rs 5 crore help will reach your doorstep.”
Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi himself narrated this conversation in his 17 September speech in Surat when a train full of aid for Bihar victims was flagged off.
Modi in his this speech said, “Gujarat was first in all over India to send monitory aid to Bihar. I had sent an officer with Rs 5 crore cheque and as I told Nitish, the help reached Bihar timely.”
In same speech Modi had also said, “We are nobody to give something to someone, it is only God that is giver. We are doing this, because it gives us pleasure to help others.”
The video of that speech is presented above.

Narendra Modiji performed his duty
Nitish mixed it with enmity,
and crossed all limits of sanity.
Shame Shame on Bihar CM’s temerity
I am, will be proud of Gujarat’s unity!
जय श्री राम!
Happy birthday NAMOJI! Best of luck to you & whatever you wish to accomlish. I wish you long healthy & prosper life god bless you and Gujarat
Keep ankush on Narendra Modi. He speaks fluently but his speech does not give the image of national leader. His belief that in politics little lie is OK, is not acceptable. His work should also show what he speaks. I am glad that his views are anti terrorist but for that he can not make the muslim community victim. He has the resources to find out the culprits but he can not use them against muslims. That is why he is not wanted outside Gujarat. His efforts for the progress of the state is laudable but he is not a team player and he does not give credit to others for the development of the state. He is a self centered person.

Get well soon, Nitish….
Dear Mr. Kapoor,
You are right, lies are bad, not welcome anywhere, leave alone politics.
Could you swear how many lies you & me speak each day?
Which lie of Modi are you referring to?
Congress sitting on the sikh riot offenders are good in your opinion?
Escroting Anderson to safety is good in your eyes?
Singling out a person, because it is fashionable to rant about a him/her, huh?
In fact, common sense prevails that minor gaffes are overlooked in the case of a performer who is doing well otherwise, where his”karma” expects him to.
Don’t you do this in your day to day life? You & me do it most of the time, if we are good family member, member of an organization, part of a social gathering, everywhere.
Abusing Modi is a fashion in India. Show another politician who has done half of what he has achieved for his state.
Coming to targetting every Muslim. well, that is not the case. Every muslim is not a terrorist or anti national, I frimly believe. I have some very good friends who are Muslims. Our friendship is live & healthy.
But, tell me Mr. Kapoor, why most (just short of using “every”) terrorist or anti national is a Muslim?
The good people among the Muslims, why do not they condemn these elements in unison?
Nowhere else, it seems to me, freedom of speech & expression is so much blatantly misused to suppress facts & propogate unqualified ill-will like in India.
Get well soon, all the psuedo “ism” propogants. God save this country!
Nitish ji kya kiya ye aap ne? Shame on you…only for Minorities votes?
Dear Mr Kumar,
It was disappointing to see that you’re wasting your writing skills for answering to the person who has no idea or sense about what he’s talking. I wish that you save your energy for suitable opportunity and then, answer. These elemets are edcuated and living abroad, but, their brain have been washed. Moreover, you have to look at the country where they are living, then, you justify whether to answer or not.
