Modhwadia protests fresh power tariff hike

Gujarat Congress President Arjun Modhwadia in a statement today protested the fresh hike in power tariff in Gujarat and said his party would give agitation programme against the tariff hike.
Modhwadia said in last 36 months there has been hike in fuel surcharge on 10 different occasions. In last two years there has been additional burden of Rs 248 crore on the people of Surat and Ahmedabad.
He said the Congress party would give agitation programmes for reversal of fresh tariff hike decision.
