Zakia loses right to file plea against SIT closure report

A metropolitan court in Ahmedabad has ordered that Zakia Jafri has lost the right to file her protest petition against the SIT closure report on the Gujarat riots case against Chief Minister Narendra Modi.
The court said that Ms Jafri had failed to file the petition despite repeated orders.
Zakia’s advocate says they will challenge the order in Supreme Court now.
