If you heard that the Governor, Congress leaders and prominent Muslims of Gujarat celebrated party after appointment of retired Justice RA Mehta as Lokayukta, you heard it right.

But it was an Iftar party hosted by Governor in Gandhinagar Raj Bhavan. Such party is organized every year in holy month of Ramadan at Raj Bhavan with dinner.

In the party while Gujarat Congress President Arjun Modhwadia was sitting on one side of the Governor while leader of opposition in Gujarat assembly Shri Shaktisinh Gohil was on the other side.

Congress leaders Badruddin Sheikh, Raju Parmar, Himmatsinh were also sitting on the stage with Governor.

From BJP side, Ahmedabad Mayor Asit Vora attended the function.
